About Us

Michael M. Biehl has over thirty years of experience in health care law, representing health care providers throughout the State of Wisconsin.  He literally wrote the book on medical staff law for the American Health Lawyers Association, as well as the Health Care Contracting chapter of the Aspen Hospital Law Manual. He has taught health care law as an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School, and served as Chairman of the Board of Aurora Psychiatric Hospital.

Mike graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 1976. He is a member of the American Bar Association Health Law Section, and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for more than a decade.

Mike provides legal assistance in medical records privacy, managed care contracts, hospital medical staff corrective actions, medical staff governance, patient rights, and medical research.
